Received an order to replace a defective kit. The newly received set looked like someone had taken a knife and slashed the side of the candle. When I send it back I hope the new kit works and looks good. Very disappointed with this product. Update, the new kit doesn't work either, received it at the end of June, the batteries were already dead, the candles never burned. Don't waste your money, if I could get my money back I would. Totally dissatisfied with this product. WASTE OF MONEY!

I was skeptical as I thought they might not work or be dim but WOW I was really surprised they light up my street lights really well and the timer feature is amazing. They're thin enough to fit in my flashlights, which were hard to come by. To make the timer work, simply press and hold the button below until it flashes, then release. The candle is then lit every day at that time of day. I think it stays on for 4 or 5 hours. Very cool that I don't have to turn them on and off every night…

These are great candles when you need a thin candle that fits in a narrow top vase or lantern. I've noticed some reviews being disappointed that the candles don't have a timer function as advertised. They do! The timer on the candle(s) is different than the timers on other flameless candles I've purchased, so I'm guessing this is an issue for those who have never seen this type of timer feature before.
