Useful between dental appointments, especially for those with gum problems (like me). Can be used to gently "massage" gums and clean between teeth. A deal given the health benefits.

I've been using them for 20 years now. They really help and are a lot easier to use than dental floss. I've never been able to floss, but it works well and I use it after every meal. I used to floss occasionally and then my dental hygienist introduced me to "wooden sticks". I haven't missed a single night with them in two months. I look forward to hearing about it the next time I talk about my gum health.

I have to say these are great toothpicks. Unfortunately, many break, probably because of its thinness. But I've been using them for many years now, they're easy to use and I'll continue to order them when needed.

Much better toothpicks for specific teeth. Much stronger than thin stems, but it would be nice if the wood they're made of was a bit harder - oak for example would probably be a bad idea. rzunimag. I need two or three to get the job done so buy a good quantity. Ideal for controlling plaque between teeth. And I didn't throw away my toothpicks.

This isn't about steam-and-dents. I use them all the time and love them. It's about the price and the packaging that deceives. Looking at a page full of different Stim-u-Dent offers I thought 4 packs of 4 x 25, although of course it wasn't. The price was good for 4 packs of 4x25 but they got me. At over $2 for 25 toothpicks, this is a knockoff. Never again. Beware of those donkeys. They will juxtapose sentences that look like one but are actually different.
