2 in's helped me

Works better than I hoped. Saved me running a new power line from the battery. Gauge 4 to gauge 4. I used a 1" piece of heat shrink tubing to insulate it.

Very Good Product - Amplifier Installation

Great for using existing 4 gauge cable to run new cable. Be sure to tape and grease the wire. Made my job easier and didn't have to pay $120 to do it again. went through the jack easily on my 2018 Camry. cut off the old CCA junk and I was ready to go. Took me less than 5 minutes.

Pros
  • Nice Packaging
Cons
  • Great Price

Eh, I should have bought standard electrical connectors for the butt joint.

It's okay. Nothing particularly wrong with that. But upon further consideration, I think standard electrical connectors are better. They're cheaper if you have a crimper. If you don't have crimpers and don't use them often, you might have a buddy with one. In fact, finding a GOOD crimping tool can be difficult. But if you have a good crimping tool, it makes an excellent connection. And less bulky, this thing is too big compared to the wire. So standard splices are cheaper, better and less…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Doubt

Ground wire too short

This saved me because I hid the ground wire behind some chassis panels but when I finished I found the wire was too short. This has allowed me to connect a longer ground wire to my car amp and it works fine. No crunch or anything. Just don't forget to wrap it with tape.

Pros
  • Car Accessory
Cons
  • Expensive

Extreme Conditions, Unbeatable

Extreme Conditions, Unbeatable. Very durable and hard wearing, I highly recommend that you just buy them. I used them to extend my battery in the car and wrapped them with enough heat shrink tubing. A very professional end product which I have no doubt will perform flawlessly for years to come.

Pros
  • Battery Wiring and Terminals
Cons
  • No Power

Works good but no insulation

This worked to connect a power cord that was too short because the previous car owner hastily removed his amplifiers and just cut the cord. If it is used for power cables, it must be insulated! The earth shouldn't be isolated, but it should be clean. 5 stars if it was isolated.

Pros
  • Car AV Installation
Cons
  • So far so good
