This is the only cork I've bought that lives up to what it promises. It keeps it fresher than any others I've tried so money well spent not buying a cheaper cork.

3 bought and the quality seemed unstable. Easy to use, just press the button to suck out the air, but somehow it slowly released the air by itself. Be careful and don't put the bottle down.

Vin Secure is the perfect accessory if you can't finish that good bottle of wine and don't want to waste it. Easy to use and gets the job done. Open good things, you no longer have to worry about ruining a half-full bottle!

I blog about wine tasting at Rick Uncorked 365 on Youtube and am always looking for new gadgets to feature on my show. I figured it would be an easier way for people with less strength to empty and seal the bottle. This product doesn't actually seal very well, it's a bit flimsy and requires almost as much effort and effort as vacuum pump rubber stoppers. That's a great idea, but it doesn't work very well.

This plug was easy to use but became a problem in the fridge. It worked well with the wine bottle standing and not spilling, but the bottle got so big it didn't even fit in our small fridge. I had to tip and sit like normal. Nothing leaked, everything was fine, but at night the cork couldn't stand it and leaked. This was after putting it on securely and deflating it 10 times. I lost a full 3/4 bottle of wine but at least the alcohol had evaporated in the fridge so cleaning was minimal.

The cork seems to do the double duty of reducing the amount of air in an open wine bottle and preventing leakage. The only real downside is that since it's an all-in-one solution (no separate 'cork' and pump) the bottle gets tall and barely fits upright in our fridge. In addition, it is worth purchasing the product. Another note, we ordered multiple boxes and the box arrived with poor tape on the bottom and two of the four end caps were lost in transit.
