That's all it has to be

I don't usually brag about a product, but I brag about this one (and no, I'm not tied to a seller). It was *very* easy to install (MAKE SURE the anchor bolts go into the ceiling joists!). There are spring buttons on the temples that can be easily removed if necessary. I can set up an 8 foot ladder either side without a step stool, but the ladders are way above the roof of the cars. I built a 2"x4" wreck at my last home but this product saved me so much time it paid for itself. Possibly the best

It's built like a rock and now my ladders are safely stowed and out of my way! Do not be shy!

I've had this in my cart for a while and kept looking back. I should never have hesitated! It's solidly built, the included screws are actually useful, unlike other cheap hardware you can get. One of the reasons I hesitated was that I didn't know the mounting bracket could be rotated so I could mount the brackets to 1 2x6. beams in the garage. Quality block to support two different sized ladders

Very good quality product. Judging by the build quality, it's made in the USA. It was probably made in China though. I can not remember. I had to install this item in a 30 year old garage with 2" x 4" trusses stretching overhead. I used a 2" x 6" Douglas fir board placed on top of the bottom truss boards to more adequately support the weight of the unit and ladders. I substituted the quarter-inch x 2-inch bolts secured with nylon locknuts in place of the clamp bolts to support the unit. Then…
