I bought them because it's summer and what's the best thing to cook in summer? Sangria. However, stirring a pitcher of sangria is an ordeal. I figured I'd grab some plastic pitchers so I could just shake them to mix and voila! The sangria is ready. They're a good size for a single wine bottle, but there's room for fruit too. The only problem is the lid. When preparing red sangria, consider pouring it over the grass or down the sink as the spout isn't the best.

I've bought several different bottle cleaners, different styles, different sizes and nothing can reach the corners to clean properly. I make a pitcher of ketoad every few days and the recipe makes about 6 cups of liquid. Every pitcher I had was too big and took up too much space in my fridge.
