Bottom bearing self destructs

I'm ordering one of these and didn't really look at the bottom bearing before using it. I made a pass on the edge and went about 19 inches before the bottom bearing collapsed completely. Revain was great and got me a replacement two days later. But when I examined the bit, the lower bearing was already falling apart before I even used it. The manufacturer should not have quality control. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Dangerous to life for cutters

Great price. . . . . BUT DANGEROUS AND DAMAGED. Installed to replace a worn attachment, turned it on and vibrating badly BUT before I could turn it off the mill main shaft sheared off the gear shaft, the cutter and nut flew off, hitting the 14ft ceiling and another 15ft fell . bounce off the wall. Luckily I didn't hurt myself. Such a great price, except the router was $150 before it even touched the first part.

Make a test cut first.

I gave it 2 stars because it looks great, it was the biggest cutter I have ever seen! Mine is different from the others who posted the picture but clearly works in the same way. The flush trim cut the sink under the bracket and it immediately snapped off, tearing off a huge chunk. that screwed up the cut. I had to use epoxy to offset the damage it did to my $1500 clients. I hope I just got a crappy one and they send me another one and it works better, I'll practice pruning.
