It is easy for our team members who are not familiar with this software, as well their supervisors or managers can easily use them without any problems at all! I like that they have an excellent customer service department which helps me whenever there's anything wrong in my account management system!! I love that we can see all of our asset information in one place with no need for multiple applications or spreadsheets! Also, being able to have an easy way to view historical data is very helpful as well - especially when you are trying to determine which items should be purchased again versus what needs replacing/rebuilding (e.g., equipment). There could also use some more options regarding searching specific fields within certain categories such as "Equipment" vs just having everything…

-Easy-to use; no previous training is required.-Good support by sales people when needed.The system can be used in many ways, for instance you could create different groups that are able to manage their own asset tracking or even better integrate with other systems of yours (if they have).
