The best part of this software is that it can be used to develop strategies for any industry, which makes us think outside our box in terms of marketing ideas. It also has other features like dashboard creation etc., but I have not found anything special about them yet. I like that you can create surveys to ask questions of your clients, and then send them directly from within the system as well. It's easy for me to navigate through all aspects of my work with this software. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes too long to load or refresh when I'm working in another window.
