Ordered 2 to audition at art school for my kids. I took all the foam stick and charcoal. It even withstood the color of the water.

Love this for illustrating with pen, watercolor or acrylic for children's books. It's smooth and doesn't cost an arm or a leg! This size works well for two page illustrations - I can do two per page.

This is a good product but it doesn't say heavy parchment anywhere. But it's very difficult. I'm a student, buy this for class, can't afford to keep buying parchment until I finally find the right one for my work, this stuff really needs to be labeled properly.

I am an artist and wanted paper that was smooth but not so smooth that my Prismacolor Premier pens can't grip the paper. I think this paper is perfect for that. This paper is thick like watercolor paper. So if you dip your pens in there, in my experience none of it would show on the back. This paper has a smooth but slightly textured surface, leaving room for layers. I believe this money was well spent and this paper allowed me to open orders with almost no worries. I am happy with my purchase.
