I bought this product with the intention of making jewelry for work and to be honest I'm very glad I did. The thread is neat and stretchy, although I had to tie a few knots when I was finishing the embellishments because a knot came undone, but other than that my embellishments came out fine.

Absolutely awful. I don't understand how there are people who like this. The note is never saved. You can pull and stretch as much as you like, but once you untie the knot it will untie itself. I've used the surgical/square knot and all the other suggestions, but it just ties the tie. And to make matters worse, for some reason it's non-refundable three days after purchase. Such a waste of money. Never again

Absolutely the best elastic! Size 1mm is most convenient. Most beads are drilled to 1mm or slightly larger. Smaller cables are available for smaller holes. The 0.7mm size is almost as good as the 1mm size. No problem tying tight knots that won't untied if you pull hard enough to tie them. If this makes you feel better, put a drop of clear Gorilla Glue on the knot. Crazy glue looks bad when it dries and in my experience the cord breaks after a while.
