stretches too loose

used to make bracelets - this cord has stretched after about a month of use, I am very disappointed with it. The beads now have awkward spots that didn't exist before and the bracelets are incredibly loose. Don't buy, the customers want you to charge or return the device

Pros
  • crafts and sewing
Cons
  • no automatic

MY WORST PURCHASE ON AMAZON!

I always use Stretch Magic cord for jewelry making. But this seller's product really sucks. I made a bracelet and tried to tie a knot to complete my design and the cord pulled out like a piece of rubber band when I gently tugged. The quality of the strings is really HORRIBLE. Next time I need this product I'll just go to my local craft store. The same product is BETTER quality. I spent my money being lazy.

Pros
  • Beading Supplies
Cons
  • old

This is good material

If you tie it very tightly as shown on the packaging and take care to stretch it, it will NOT unravel, no glue required. You need to know! These are good quality items. It doesn't tear either, even if I pull with all my might to check it I haven't managed to break it (although I wouldn't pull the bracelet). Don't go cheap, I had some cheap stuff in the kit and it was complete crap, couldn't be tied on. I find 0.7 best for most beads I want to use for elastic bracelets, thick enough to be strong

Pros
  • Cords and threads for beadwork
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
