this is SO cute! They're cute enough in the picture, but when you hold these tiny toddler boots, you can't help but say "Aaaah" :) We love love love them! As a parent I love the quality and how easy they are to put on (not an easy slip off, unlike another brand I bought last year without paying - a waste of money). They don't have a waterproof construction. I had high hopes for this shoe but it didn't live up to expectations. DOES NOT retain water. In two different descriptions, SR describes this shoe as waterproof and I can confirm that this is not the case.
