I have ordered 3 of these shoes. The first was brown WIDE. It was a bit tight so I saw Blue was offered in X-WIDE. The shoes arrived but only had a W. I ordered again in case it was a mix up and the same thing happened. Disappointed that it's actually not very wide.

We have had them for about 3 months now and my 2 year old loves them. He helps me put them on for him and takes them off himself. They have been wet, dirty, worn with or without socks (usually without) and are still in excellent condition. It doesn't smell because they are wet without socks. They are perfect for summer and I will definitely keep them in mind for next year if he needs a different size.

I really wanted to love them. But they are very well made. If you have a toddler with swollen legs, you should move on. I agree with other reviews that the strap doesn't fully enclose the foot.
