So far so good for String Lights

It's not a brand I usually buy but they ran out so I found these. This brand, unlike others, has a coating over the wire. There weren't any lights wrapped around the card either, so I unraveled them a bit when I installed them. I wrap them around a tree in the yard. I used to break lanterns because of the growth of the tree or just because the wind was whipping the branch, so now I try to wrap them a lot looser. The power button didn't "click" as much as the mode button, but they turned on. I…

Poorly made but aesthetically pleasing

I've bought them again and again because while aesthetically pleasing they are horribly finished. It doesn't matter what brand they are sold under, all lights (any) that look like this and are in this price range are made in the same factory with the same cheap parts. The problem is in the switches. These things always include two push button switches on the back of the solar panel, one for on/off, one for mode. These switches have a 100% failure rate over time. About 25% of the switches are…

The perfect sensory room lighting set!

How perfect are these lights!?! I'm slowly transforming my bedroom into a sensory space for my 4 year old with autism. He loves her! He started dancing and jumping on the bed when I turned on the fast blinking mode ❀ More relaxed mode in my video just as he was about to go to bed. This is the mode in which it operates most of the time. So light and very easy to hang up. I used a piece of clear tape every 5 or so lights. The tape on my old, dusty, dirty, rusty dispenser gave me a lot more…

DO NOT BUY THE WIRE BREAK WITHIN 3 WEEKS. NO REFUND!

Everything about these lights was great until they showed up in our garden about 3 weeks later. I hung them from poles in our garden and then attached them to a tree creating an enchanting backdrop with 6 strings of lights overhead. It looked great, but after 3 weeks I found the wires were breaking where they connected to the tiny lightbulb and the filament fell to the floor dead as a doornail. Now they didn't break in half where they were wrapped around a wooden post or where they were…
