I appreciate they provide quick response from their representatives as well since my contact number can be reach easily at night time or during weekends too when we need help in our project development process which saves us alot of stress! There's still some improvement required because sometimes you have difficulty contacting your staff through website so if possible try to improve web messaging features! The team at S2 was very responsive during our interview process! We hired their services because they have such amazing talent in different mediums of design (web & graphic). And we had no idea what type or style would fit my brand best until I started working closely together throughout production phase - which saved us so much time!! It really made things easy since it's hard when you're starting your business from scratch without previous experience as there will always be more expectations
