The ease of use is amazing. I have been able to create my own website in just a few minutes. It's very simple to use and you can even get your website live with literally one click. There are many templates but it also has themes that you can choose from so there is not much for me to dislike. I like that it's easy to use for any size of business or organization because you can have as many pages/sites in your account (and set up each page individually) without needing more than one license key per site!
