It was easy to put together by myself. There was some damage like nicks in the paint and would. One of the metal slats was damaged and I couldn't screw it to the frame. I blame that more on UPS then the manufacturer. All in all its nice for the price. Squeaks a little though.

Writing this review because I didn't see a photo review of the black wood bed frame. At first glance, I am really happy I took a chance and went with the black frame. It looks sleek and modern. Product did not arrive damaged or with missing parts. I have not slept on it yet but it seems pretty sturdy. They give you foam to install to minimize any squeeking. Perfect for my guest bedroom.

Item is structurally sound and looks as pictured. The only issue I have with the product is the inaccurate dimensions. The length dimensions are incorrect as my mattress hangs off the end of the bed. Actual length is 77 3/8", NOT 82" as listed in the description.

I needed this an extra guest bed. It fits in the room nicely. It's not bulky. The only complaint I have is .as a platform bed, there isn't any type of edge on the frame around the mattress to secure it, so the mattress can slide right off the other side if you lean on it. Arrived quickly on time. Unlike the dresser that I ordered to match it that has no eta at all.

I bought this bed for my young teen son's room. I don't know why I expected the wood to be more realistic, but it's not.but my son doesn't care about that and it does look nice from afar. It seems pretty sturdy--he's had it about a week and so far no wobbling or sqeaking.It took my son and I about 30 minutes to assemble, from opening the box to laying the mattress on top!

The only thing that went wrong was that it came damaged on one part, which I was able to fix myself with a hammer. Not the sellers fault. Most likely shipping problem.

I added fabric panels to match the curtains in the room, which can be easily done with this bed. The wood panel is thick and beautiful without!

Everything is very nice and easy to assemble, but the bed frame squeaks alot and one of the metal piece that goes at the front to hold bed did not fit, as much as we tried different ways to make it fit, we had no choice, but the cut a little piece of metal to make it fit and the squeaking is so annoying i dont know how to make it stop. This bed frame was very easy to put together. The instructions were easy to work from. The materials were a little too thin and could present a problem in the future.

For the price, its a great bed frame. I only wish it had channels on the sides and end to hold the mattress in place. Once assembled, the mattress sits on top of the flat frame with nothing to hold it in place. The mattress often slides around during the night.
