I ordered these because I was in trouble and my regular supplier was unavailable. Please note that these drums are only coated on ONE side (see photo). Thus, the cardboard underneath is open to hold moisture or other debris that the drum may come into contact with while decorating the cake. I ordered this set of 12 inch cake tumblers for my daughter's birthday cake. I prefer 1/2" thickness because they're strong enough to hold a lot of weight.
