These pants are waist sized They do need a huge baby for them to fit though, I'm guessing about 12 inches long. We just hemmed them and they fit my son perfectly. He's not a little kid, probably one of the tallest in his class. The pants are made of good material and fit great.

We really liked this style of trousers, we bought several different colours. They're a bit narrow at the waist, but the length is perfect. They're thick, which is good for guys because they don't fray on the knees like the others. He stands in the crowd because no one else in his school has trousers like that with light-colored stripes down the sides. He loves that this style even has pockets. I like them too, they've held up well for almost 6 months of weekly play at school and at home.

I bought 5 pairs of these shoes in a size 10/12. They are good quality but too long. My son is 8 years old and he is the next size up because he is tall. Unfortunately, for some reason, there is no such thing as a size 9 in children's clothing, and the 8th size is usually too small for him. I am forced to order 10/12. But these pants are too long.
