Attention buyers: RV parts and accessories

It was too small to do what I needed. It wasn't a big problem. My problem is with the seller. The change was $14 and they charged me $9 as a "restocking fee". When returning the item, this is not mentioned. Ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Mystery

Solved my problem with van parts and accessories

This little guy fixed a problem I was having with a trailer oven. The sail switch gets stuck and causes a condition where the oven turns on first, heats up, the thermostat turns it off, but the sail switch does not return to its vertical position, causing the oven to go into an error state when the thermostat calls to heat. No problems this season since installing this sail slider.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Hard to say

Good product but maybe try it first?

My Atwood heater started the fan but would not fire resulting in a low air fault which is usually the problem this switch solves. Anyway, I fixed my old sail derailleur before it came by adjusting the "sail" by simply bending it in small increments so the metal part of the sail was a bit closer to the microswitch that the it pushes. A little trial and error and it worked again and worked fine for a couple of months. I am keeping this new switch with all the other trailer parts in case it breaks

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Requires outlet
