My old heater started leaking and flooded the main compartment of the van. This new heater is great. It was easy to install. Cables are color coded and easy to connect. The entire installation took less than an hour. I even made my own heater spill pan so it doesn't get flooded again. Great replacement and great price. johnny

Nobody wants to replace their water heater but when I had to this was the perfect replacement. Bought an old caravan and the water heater was not properly maintained. The exchange takes a little time, but it's worth it. The price was better than most and arrived in just a few days. The rusty water is gone. I hope I don't have to do it again, but if I do I won't hesitate to buy it again.

Perfectly fits in the kitchen sink. My plumbing lines, both hot and cold, fit just right. The ignition wires were color coded and the gas valve matched my propane fitting exactly. The water gets very hot and the unit is pretty quiet compared to what I took out. I gave it 5 stars for everything except the tech support - it's not needed, and instructions are included.

As we found out, our trailer originally had a 6 gallon tank. Turns out it was replaced with a 10-gallon model. Was happy about it. This brand new 10 gallon water heater arrived in perfect condition. Arrived fully assembled. We only changed the sanitary fittings, replacing them with brass fittings and lengthening them. It's easier to get there. We spent over a thousand dollars on this water heater and RV stove, both were Suburban. I mention this because both items were badly dented upon arrival. The packaging was in perfect condition, but the contents were not. Think they reset more than once during shipping. Bad image for the company. With a little effort, the dents on this water heater were repaired to fit properly. Installation is standard, everything works. The water is super hot!

First I closed Revain because I got it after 2 days because I ran out of hot water and I called and asked if they had anything could do and they hurry. Expensive but easy to install. Everything is color coded and basically just had to change the gas line a bit to connect it. Let's hope it lasts. Not cheap at all, but ready to connect. Exact replacement for a 15 year old that was leaking. Don't forget to replace the anode annually, this practice will save you a hefty bill. However, Amazon saves you half the cost of buying this unit at a motorhome store. Everyone I called to get a replacement charged over $800 and also wanted to charge for shipping. Finally looked through after almost a year of use. That works great. Water is said to heat up in about an hour, but in Florida it takes about twenty minutes to go from room temperature to a hot shower. Suburban CS told me that the 120v option needs a 12v connection to work. That's wrong. This works independently of a 120V power supply, 12V is not required. Of course you need that 12 volt spark to use propane, but if you plug in a three prong plug it can fire straight out of a standard outlet. I
