summer - Wonderful resource with many tools

The customer support team is very knowledgeable and willing to help us when we have questions/concerns as well as offer suggestions for changes that can be made. I also like how they are able to get back quickly when replying to you via email. It would be helpful if there was more information available online regarding financial aid eligibility before requesting it but once your request has been sent through our system everything seems to go smoothly! Be sure to do research about financial…

Great tool for managing bills & paying them quickly

I like that it's simple and easy to use. It helps you manage your debts and payments. They also have great customer support, which was very helpful when I had questions about my debt. Sometimes they don't always post the same payment amounts, so you need to keep checking to see if you're making more money or less than the amount posted. You can do everything through this website. You can make payments, check your balances, see what you owe, etc. It also helps you keep track of all of your…

Pros
  • Also has an abundance number options available (i'm not sure why some banks offer 3rd party solutions instead)

Excellent Customer Service That Goes Above and Beyond

I like how easy it is for users to connect with Summer because they have a friendly interface. It also helps that they are always available during business hours. I dislike that there isn't a way to pay your bill at 1 time instead of having to do everything individually. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help managing their debt payments. I am able to log into my account anywhere as long as I have internet access. If you are looking for a better way to manage your payments…

Pros
  • Easy User Interface
  • Friendly Customer Service
  • Always Available During Business HoursCons : That sometimes when entering new information in one area another thing will pop up automatically

Easy-to Use and Affordable Online Debt Consolidation

The ease of use for all users - from newbies who are just learning about debt management programs through students paying off school debts or even those looking into refinancing existing balances; it's extremely easy! I can't think of anything that we dislike as much so far but if there was something then maybe having more options when you're trying to pay down your balance would be nice? We have been able to easily figure out our payment amounts each month along with interest rates which has…

Pros
  • It is super simple, straight forward
  • Lots great tools available within one place
  • Great customer support team (they were amazing!)
Cons
  • Nothing really comes immediately mind

Easy Way To Make Payment Through Your Phone

I like how simple it can be to use and access. It's not too complicated that you don't understand what your doing or are unsure of anything about this program. This was great for me because i didn't have anyone else at home who could help pay my bills and keep up with everything so now they do! Not really any downsides. As far as my experience goes, there has been nothing bad yet. I would say if you're looking into using it make sure you know exactly what payments will look like after all…
