No more frequent replacement of hot halogen bulbs.

Ideal warm color temperature. I had to buy a low power PSU to power six of them. The original high power 12 volt power supply for halogen lamps will not work with efficient LED lamps. Just find a 12 volt power supply with a few watts more power than the sum of the wattages of all the bulbs you want to power. Very inexpensive.

burned. Suitable for LED lamps

I bought a 10 pack in less than 3 months. 6 of the 9 I installed have burned out, very similar to the RMiLZ review above. I am a landscape lighting contractor and the installation was done at the customer's site. I had to travel, investigate the issue, remove faulty items, and reinstall other items that were fortunately in inventory. However, now the buyer has a slightly mixed set of items, considering age, lumens, etc. I would choose a different brand. A star.

Smoke/melt in incandescent lamps

Bought a pack of 10 2W G4 Warm White LED bulbs to replace for outdoor landscape lighting. Have changed 5 bulbs so far. 4 worked great but the 5th started smoking and burned out within seconds. A closer look shows that the driver/board has burned out and the surrounding plastic has started to melt. Replaced with the 6th bulb out of 10 and it works great. So 5 out of 6 bulbs tested work fine, but 1 out of 6 smokes/melts and is a fire hazard. I recommend keeping a close eye on the bulb you're…
