Review

This blanket is so soft! We like it very much. I've had it for a long time and it still works great. I wish it had a remote control but there are other products if that's what you're looking for. It's great for the price.

Wanting to be smart I bought this well before winter. BIG mistake because the warranty expired before we had to use it. This blanket was great while it worked. Many times at night one side stopped heating, but then turned off, then off again. We tried every suggestion to unplug and test outlets, but it just kept going. Now our nights are very cold and it is an unpleasant surprise to wake up cold because of this blanket. NOT HAPPY HERE!

This was purchased as we approach winter. I bought it in advance to be ready to put on the bed. 2 weeks after receiving it I put it on the bed. After 2 1/2 weeks one of the controls stopped working. I followed the instructions in the manual, it never resets or works. When contacting the seller I was told that I could not return it as it had been about 40 days after purchase and the return period was 30 days. I wasn't impressed with the "Preheat" option. Fitting this duvet was a huge headache. The damn cables are so stiff and heavy that they pull the controls off the bedside tables. I blew on it a few times with my top and almost threw the blanket in the bin. So I'm not known for my patience, but my husband is known. Almost an hour later he straightened the cables, pulled them back and forth, pulled the bed out to fit behind the bed, because at 70 and not big enough to crawl under the bed as a baby, he finally assembled it . I had the same model for years, bought on low sale, return goods. I knew it wasn't heating up properly, but I got the job done anyway. I decided to replace it with a brand new model but what is the difference. With the PH option, it heats up quickly and then returns to the night temperature range you set.
