I screwed them directly to the drywall and cut a 1/4" hole for the wires. Two of my lights had structural members above the ceiling so I couldn't align all of my originally planned glass lights. This fixed all the issues. I gave it a 4 star rating. I put them in a chiropractic office and wish I would do a little warmer color. 5k is quite (much) white/ blue.I hope when another office changes it will not be so obvious.I highly recommend this style of light

Got these lights at a reduced price. Came with all the gear, no problems. He arrived on time. I chose the kitchen, hallway and dressing room for 6,000,000. I hate soft white light in areas where I need it very bright. Very surprised at the quality. The lamp itself is made of metal except for the cover. It was very easy to install. In itself a light is as bright as my only kitchen LED tube! Remember to only remove the tube light and connect 3 LEDs to the circuit. Take it and you won't regret it.

Your "helpful" instructions for replacing the glass show that the TP24 plug plugs into an outlet, but that obviously doesn't work. The rims are very large (7+ inch diameter) and some of them have been pre-scored. Can't comment on the light itself as I have to buy adapters to see them. Do not buy these lamps if you intend to use them with a dimmer. I installed them and they flickered when dimmed to 50% or less. I contacted Sanko. I was told I have an unsupported dimmer. I installed a dimmer which they approved. The lights were still flickering. Sunco sent me a new set of 12 bulbs, replaced them with all approved dimmers, they still flicker. I decided to install them in another room and ordered again the same way. The second order was the same type, size and brightness, but due to a monthly time difference, they were changed.
