Great hat! Fits as expected, good quality and breathable. I would buy this again. My son is 4 years old and the child size (2-5) fits him perfectly.

I have this sun hat at home and bought it again as a second hat for my toddler's nursery. Twice a day they take the kids to the playground where there is little shade. This sun hat changed everything. He is 2 years old and wears it perfectly. Super light and comfortable.

I bought this hat specifically for the chin strap shown in the advertised photo. On the hat that came, instead of a button, there was an odd spring-loaded regulator (see photo). I don't know whose kid is holding on while you mess with a fixer like that, but he's not mine. I went back and bought another brand who sent me the correct Switch chin strap to fit our family.

Everything in this hat works. The brim loses its shape after packing or when the size is fully tightened. The chin strap is excellent. The ledge is huge but my little one can still see where she is going. I've tried many hats. This one is the best.

This hat is not the same as in the photo! I specifically chose this hat for the buckle closure and when it arrived it had a drawstring hem instead of the one in the picture. I'm very disappointed but it's too close to our holiday to order another one. Very misleading photo!

The hat is sewn well but the lace is not the same as in the photo. It looks like it, but I'm not sure that different sizes of hats have different drawstrings and clasps that go under the chin.

Received this Sunday Afternoons Kids Fun Bucket Hat in Royal Blue Large for my son. He is 3 years old and has a big head of 21.25 inches. The large size fits perfectly without having to tighten the calibration function. I wish there was more room to grow as I could tighten my hat if needed. In 2016 I bought a size medium panama hat for my 5 year old daughter and we are in the process of increasing the size. The adjustable strap at the back was very helpful in prolonging the life of this hat. You can buy size M for 3 or 4 years and it will last 2-3 years! We go to the beach twice a year and wear this hat at home too and it keeps its color and shape for 2 years. The brims stay in place and don't sag like other hats we've tried before. I LOVE THIS HAT! This is a very high quality hat that is worth the money! The material is light and feels comfortable. Love the vents, the sturdy but foldable brim, and the chin strap (essential for us). My little one will give up and actually wear this hat. Other hats we tried, he would rip off and throw them on the floor. We tried to pretend to wear these other hats to show it was cool and he took them off our heads in disgust too. He still hates wearing a hat, but he actually wears this one.
