We love this hat so much we bought two of them. After 3 years of daily wear we lost the band and the company immediately sent us a replacement band. Sunday Afternoons have great customer service and the strap design has been improved to make it even better.

Great brand, my 7 year old loves this hat. We live in sunny Phoenix so this hat gets a lot of wear and washing and is holding up great. Fits great. This is my second Sunday Afternoons hat purchase and well worth the money.

The product description does not indicate that the hat is double-sided, which is very convenient. Pink with yellow stripe changes to turquoise. Thumbs up! Size L fits my 10 year old well.

We have been using this hat (large size) for my 7 year old girl since last year and it has been great. It protects well from the sun, but is still light enough that you hardly notice you're wearing it. And the strap helped us not to lose it. Will order for my four year old brother. I think it's just going to be big, so we're going to use that size.

The third one I bought. Love it. Fits my head which is a little big and also my kids 4 and 6 who have big heads for their age (because of the adjustable elastic cord built into the brim of the hat). We scream a lot. But I like to carefully remove the labels upon purchase to reveal the true impact of the colors. Floats in the water for a while when fished from the boat.

I bought two of these for my 6 and 3 year old boys for an 8 day trip up the Green River in Utah in July. They have held up great, the boys have worn them all day with no problems. The brims are wide enough to cover their faces but not too big to impede them.

I bought one of these for each of my kids and they love it. Soft and comfortable for her, nice bright colors, strong brim that doesn't dangle, protects my kids' face, ears and neck. And it has a chin strap! It's so hard to find baby clothes with a strap. What happens when it's windy? This hat fits me perfectly and I would describe myself as a discerning buyer. Definitely recommend!

We LOVE these hats! They dry quickly when wet, aren't heavy at all, are nice and bright, and are easy to spot! Too bad they weren't my size!

The hat is of good quality and offers good sun protection. Fits my oversized 2.5 year old very well with enough room to store and grow. I think he can benefit from it for at least a couple of years.

BUT as with the hat, after a month of wearing 2-3 times a week (use 10 times), the seams of the lace on the chin came undone in several places. My son enjoys wearing it but is unsure how long it will hold together. Unfortunately, I only noticed this a day after the return period had closed. Oh my god so many baby sun hats are ugly, awkward or uncomfortable but not this one!
