These little booties stay on and work great. I use them when we go somewhere, they are cute. She wore them to the park and they stayed on her the whole time. She is a small dog weighing 12 pounds.

The green shoes (size 5) were cute but the rubber sole was glued and disconnected from the mesh even before I put them on my dog. I think the pebbles will easily slide into that area and cause problems. Will return.

Large should be 2.5 inches wide --- Large was barely 1/2 inch wide when item arrived. I was terribly disappointed. I gave two stars because it's easy to reconfigure an order and get a refund. It was super easy!
