Used once but works great.

This product is rarely used. I wanted holes in my desktop to hide computer cables. I have a cheap drill and it worked, but if you need to drill a few holes you need a better drill. Drilling four holes was stressful. The bits held up pretty well considering they went through hardwood and laminate about three quarters of an inch thick on both sides. You need to drill slowly so the sawdust is removed as you go. Four holes probably lasted 10-15 minutes. I would probably consider them unique as…

Drills holes in Mainstay's heavy-duty 17-gallon plastic tanks like butter!

I use Mainstays large 17 gallon heavy duty plastic containers with rope handles for planters and I have not been able to drill holes in them large enough to properly drain - plus the soil , on which they stand court. clayey and clogged them up so my plants couldn't drain. Solution: this tool. What I did was make about 12 inch holes from the bottom above the bottom near the base of the tubs so they could drain off the bottoms of the tubs. Problem solved. Makes a nice round hole in wood, not in purses

Bought to remedy early plumbers' laziness. I had to drill a hole in 2x4 and then 1/2 inch OSB, and since all home improvement projects only go through a strip of floor joists. Adjusted it to the size I needed, threw it on a reliable 20v lithium drill and let it eat. 2x4 like butter As soon as I got to OSB, we gave off heat like jet engine exhaust.
