They diagnosed the problem and sent me a new control board. I installed it and it worked again. Very happy with the purchase, excellent customer service and hoping to live off the sun for many years to come. It's built like a tank and you'll likely need help installing it as it weighs around 72 pounds. But it works!

I assume this inverter is made in the same factory as the AIMS inverter or very close. I wanted to buy an AIMS 6000W inverter but it was out of stock, instead I found a SUNGOLDPOWER inverter for less money. I was not disappointed. It works perfectly and I can power the whole house with it. Produces clean energy that my solar system syncs to. PROS: This inverter is amazing. I run my whole little house with this inverter. It is worth noting that in my house everything is as efficient as possible. I accidentally turned off the main DC switch in the picture and the whole house was out of service.
