I ordered two identical bulbs for the left and right lamp (wall light) on the sides of my first aid kit. The first lamp I installed worked great. The second blinked once and went out. After replacing the bulbs, I concluded that the second bulb I originally installed was defective; not lamps. Luckily Revain was quick to send me a replacement for the faulty bulb and now they both work great. They're both bright now, and given their low cost, they're certainly good value for money.

I ordered this item to replace the bulb in my Craftsman emergency light. This particular bulb did not fit the mount perfectly, I had to modify the rubber mount to accommodate another bulb with a slightly reconfigured configuration. After successful installation, I found that this bulb lights up after about 2 seconds, while the original Craftsmen bulbs light up instantly. I was delighted when this lamp arrived today. It had a dual pin at the base, just what I needed! I was concerned that it would only have one pin, which is an important part of whether it will fit in the socket. (Some of the reviews complained about receiving the wrong type.)
