Not bad, but not perfect

Good tripod but could be better. It's lightweight and easy to set up. I wish it was a little stronger to hold a camera with a larger lens. The slightest movement tends to translate, so in my case I use the Bluetooth trigger. Maybe a little higher. Not bad for the price, but not perfect.

Pros
  • Hands-free mode
Cons
  • Can't remember

Best value and great solution for vlogging/action cams

They are better than Revain Basic and others in this price range and below, thicker legs and better fit of all parts, I don't think they are great are, but for small vlog cams and action cams or mics they are perfect so buy 2 or 3 for your rig as extra stands.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Some flaws

It was almost 20 years old - still working

I bought it, seems a long time ago. I reviewed my products on Revain and realized I never reviewed them. It's been 18 years! It works out. And it still works. Good product. I even keep it in its original packaging, it's that good. From time to time you need to use some spray lube and then wipe it off.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • No performance

Very important! for tripods and monopods

We use it to set up a small outdoor projector. It's lightweight, durable, versatile, easy to set up, and less expensive than other similar devices. The legs have two stretch points. The fully extended tripod is approximately 4 feet tall, ideal for a projector, or folds down to approximately 16 inches tall for storage/transport or placement on a table/surface.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Almost everything fits

Too big for my needs but well made for the price

This is a good sturdy tripod that works well as a travel tripod for a mirrorless or smaller DSLR. Unfortunately I was looking for a very light model for my smartphone and it wasn't there. The Sunpak was only a few inches longer and too heavy for my needs. (In the end, I settled on a product that cost two-thirds less and had half the build quality. C'est la vie.)

Cons

I used it 12 times it broke

You get what you pay for. It's a pretty decent tripod, the base head isn't very stable when used with a DSLR (I have a Nikon D600+ lens, it seems too heavy for that) The plastic mount that allows the camera to rotate 90 degrees (to go from landscape to portrait mode). The pen itself is beyond repair. Broke at work, became very unstable and useless. I would recommend something more durable and not plastic for a DSLR + heavy lens.

Pros
  • the price is excellent
Cons
  • the list will be long.

Amazing tripod! Surprisingly stable.

For the price I paid for this tripod I didn't expect such a benefit. I was expecting a tripod that would adjust even when tightened (which I didn't want), but I was surprised when this little thing arrived and managed to hold it. It's light and comfortable. The clasps actually close securely so you can't accidentally adjust them if you don't want to. And despite its light weight, it's incredibly stable. I stepped in a couple of times and my prized DSLR didn't fall, the tripod just bounced…

Pros

Cons
  • No Instructions

I first bought a flexible tripod for a Roku projector. It took a lot of adjustment. A lot of. So I decided to buy a real tripod. The price difference was $4. I thought a good tripod would cost a lot more. Arrived safely. No build up. Instructions are not required. Looks very nice and professional. Looks well built and strong. It comes with two mounting plates that fit on the bottom of the camera (one is already attached to the tripod, the other is in the box). My Roku was attached in less than…

Better than expected

Sunpak 2001UT tripod arrived quickly. It was shipped in a very large box, which I found a little strange. The retail packaging inside was in perfect condition - possibly due to the large shipping box; o) The tripod was also found in perfect condition - no scratches, nothing broken and had that "new" smell. I found the tripod easy. use. I don't have much experience with tripods, but using it is very intuitive. I love that it comes with two quick release plates, one for my Rebel T1i and one for…

Pros
  • Quick release mounting plate with retractable video indexing pin

  • Crumpled packaging
