Damaged item but excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I received a wallet with some damage to the lock/handle but the seller was willing to send a replacement for the damaged part. This wallet was for my mother and I explained to the seller that she would have a hard time installing this part so the seller offered to replace the entire wallet. I deducted 1 star as the item was damaged but overall SUNROLAN provide great customer service and will continue to shop with them.

I wish I could buy every color

This bag is adorable, this bag is pretty, this bag is elegant, this bag represents your personality, I love it. Pretty good colors are even on the front, back and on the flower itself I've had people offering me money to buy it and I told them to just go ahead with Revain it's amazing just amazing it says a lot , buy one in a bright accent color, even black and white looks very classy for clothes. I could be the rep of this purse!

Not Real Leather: Bags and Purses

This bag is beautiful and great color but the seller says it's 'leather' and in fact it's made of faux synthetic fabric to make it look good as if it were leather. Besides, the metal handle is very heavy and the whole bag is very inconvenient to carry. And the way it closes like a 1940s bag makes the opening appear smaller than the rest of the bag.
