worked on my 8 speed mountain bike - no problem

I've been using it for 2 weeks. Everything seems fine. Update in a few months with a longer review. Keep a spare tire handy while driving in case of a breakdown. Don't expect glitches.

Pros
  • Quick release design, easy to install, no need tool to remove chain, convenient to use.
Cons
  • Functionality

They go well with chains

They work. Ignore the full review of counterinsurgency gear. Using a crank to force the linkage to close when the wheel is stopped by the brake is how they are installed. You will need pliers to easily remove the link.

Pros
  • The kit contains: 8 pairs of stainless steel chain links (16 pieces)
Cons
  • Negative impression

Lesson Learned on Chains

Well, my friends, all opponents were right. These links are NOT suitable for 7- and 8-speed chains. I tried all the links with the (1st) appropriate chain tool, then pliers, then other methods. ALL other links I've ever used just snap into place with the press of a finger. There will be none. These aren't my first rodeo kids. I have been involved with bicycles for many years. This is just the first time I've fallen for total misinformation because I wanted it (cheap seems good to me). Don't do…

Pros
  • A handy magic chain buckle, helpful for temporary use or repairing a bike chain if your chain breaks on a trail or road. Make chain cleaning and maintenance much easier.
Cons
  • Security
