Just saying it's good for the price

I chose this unit because of the K-type thermocouple and the laser IR measurement and the white illumination and ranges.

Pros
  • Test, measurement and inspection
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Thermocouple without jacket

That's all there is to say. Thermocouple without sheath. I think that's why he's not in the photo. Consider this before purchasing.

Pros
  • Temperature and humidity
Cons
  • No power

Almost works - test, measure and verify

I really wanted to like this thermometer, but the infrared sensor reads more than 10 degrees warmer than it really is. The wired probe seemed more accurate, but what good is a dual function thermometer if only half works. I have returned this item.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Not as thick as the others
