Don't do it, save your coins, not worth it

I don't like this mic I missed my window to return it I did a full review and comparison on my YouTube and you can see clearly THAT'S NOT ALL my $20 buttonholes are better if you save me so many things I could say I don't know where to start. I will be posting an updated review on my YouTube channel "Nyc Butterfly Braids Hair Story Podcast". Subscribe to updates on YouTube. In short, ISO does not recommend this microphone

Good product - camera and photo

Excellent sound quality, better than other expensive mics on Amazon. I like the stepless gain control, I can dial in the exact amount of gain I need for each frame. During an interview, you don't have to wear a microphone to get great audio. At a time when there was some noise in my recording environment, I set the low-pass filter to 150Hz to reduce the noise. Used for two weeks with no need to change settings. The battery life was more than 27 hours. Ginisfoto is also suitable for D3 pro. I…

Best shotgun mic of the time

I bought this mic for interviews, studio mic for youtube and on the go. This mic is amazing. In my opinion the quality is better than the reeds. It doesn't have the overdriven bass of some comparable Rodes models. I also like USB-C charging and the battery life is great. The volume control is very convenient! I leave my Sony camera on 1 and let the mic do all the work and I still have headroom. My clients love the sound quality I offer with this mic and love that they don't have to wear a lava…

A real game enhancer at a reasonable, more than competitive price.

This microphone is awesome! Elegant, thoughtful design that's also well constructed. External amplification is a great feature that works like a charm. The shock absorber is original and very effective. And thanks to Dieity for this occasion! That's a great move. Although the basic sound profile might seem a bit heavy for some, this is a small issue that can be easily adjusted with the equalizer. Or simply remove the windshield. And the huge difference between this mic and my (or ANY) built in…

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Protection

The mic is very well made, the stepless gain control on the back is firm and smooth. The auto sleep mode is great for keeping the battery charged while recording. It also works well with my iPhone X when I use the headphone adapter. The case looks well made and protects it when not in use. It's also nice to have a USB-C rechargeable battery with a claimed 50-hour battery life. The only problem I had was that the elastic on the dead cat broke as soon as I tried to tighten it. I didn't even put…

Best gun mic for the money.

I bought this after being disappointed with the Rode Videomic Go that came with the M50 creative kit. In my opinion this mic is 1000 times better than buying a Rode mic. You have to remember to turn it on manually, but there's almost no interference from external electronics, and the sound quality is excellent. It's worth noting that this particular listing comes with a hard nylon case that is well compartmented, as well as a dead cat that fits perfectly and comes in its own protective case (I…

Radio and electrical interference

I have used this mic with H1N zoom, Canon M50, laptop and desktop computer. I've plugged it into different ports on different computers as well as different outlets without plugging anything else. Once I managed to get clear audio I don't know why. On every other try, my ears bled from the insane amount of electrical noise. Once I was able to eliminate electrical interference, radio interference became a problem. The electrical noise may be my fault, but the radio interference is the result of…

Great microphone - sounds like live!

A friend recently asked me to record a video of his band at an upcoming concert. I have an amazing camera for video recording (OMD-EM1 mk2) but for live music I figured it would be better to do a little more than just rely on the camera's built-in microphone. I'm not a video expert or audiophile. I started researching options and quickly realized there was so much to know, but I didn't have the time to do all the research. I looked at the big names but found reviews that said this deity mic was

Amazing camera mic

I'm not sure if I would describe this mic as 'clarity' or 'warmth' but I didn't want it to get less than 5 stars in any category. This mic is amazing; especially for the price. I've used it on both my camera and a boom mic, and with proper placement, use of the gain control, and proper camera audio settings, it's hard to beat. First of all, the ability to connect directly to the camera. If you want XLR I know Deity makes an adapter for it. The stepless gain control is a really great feature…
