Citrulline Malate: Reduces fatigue later on during a workout, hence complements Rhodiola, Ashwagandha, and Beta-Alanine. It also may help with the increase of blood flow, thus working synergistically with beetroot extract. Beta-Alanine: Increase physical performance on exercises that last between 60 seconds to 4 minutes. Beta-Alanine also helps with muscle gain. L-Tyrosine: is the precursor to your catecholamine hormones two of which are adrenaline and nor-adrenaline. These hormones help mobilize body fat, (so aids Ashwagandha #synergy) to be used for fuel during exercise. Studies also show a combination of caffeine and L-Tyrosine increases power. Beetroot Extract: raises the levels of nitric oxide which promotes vasodilation and blood flow which helps with muscle contraction and fat transport to be used for fuel during exercise. Caffeine Anhydrous: aids with energy, fat transport via nor-adrenaline.

World's Best Pre-Workout

I've never been a fan of pre-workout supplements in the past as it made me jittery and anxious. Supercharged changed the game for me! Now I turn to energy before any strenuous workout. I also use it as a nootropic. It has completely replaced the use of coffee for me. The combinations of active ingredients are well thought out and required years of research. Definitely no ordinary energy drink. This is a game changer and I encourage anyone reading this to give it a try!
