Unreliable adapter ruined our laptop

Based on our own experience with this product, we strongly advise against it. Though it claims to be compatible with various laptops, including our Pavilion Touchsmart, this adapter has been nothing but problematic. It disconnects and overheats frequently, causing our laptop to shut down unexpectedly. The only pro is the low price, but the cons far surpass it. We had to replace our laptop's battery because of the damage caused by this adapter. Computers are expensive investments – don't risk…

Stops working after one month. I need to order another one for urgent reasons but am looking for better quality. I want original. The ones I've lasted 5 years!
