It is difficult to install, the instructions are vague, and I also disassembled the first one in vain, disassembled it incorrectly. The reason you need to remove the 2 film tabs from step 1 is because there is a tear in the film exposing about 1/2 inch of the protective film. I bought it for the Moto Edge phone from the seller's ad Size: It doesn't match the length of the phone and is a few mm smaller.
