Disappointed with this RV Separator

After trying this Automotive Separator in my RV, I was disappointed with the product's performance. The separator did not work consistently and ended up causing more problems than it solved. The only pro was that the installation was relatively easy. However, the cons far outweighed this benefit. I would not recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable RV Power and Electrical part.

Pros
  • Efficiently charges multiple batteries while preventing engine start failures.
Cons
  • Requires professional installation for proper function and may be more expensive compared to other battery separators.

High current consumption from household battery

I was disappointed when I noticed a large current drain from my house battery after turning off the engine. 1.3 amps 24 hours a day will quickly drain your battery for no other reason than poor design. There is no excuse for such waste of energy in our time.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Ideal for replacing battery insulators.

Well done. Replaced the old battery isolator with this one on the van and installed it on the boat as well. They work fine. Unlike an isolator, there is no forward voltage drop, so there is no need to move the alternator sensor wire, and there is no extra connection between the alternator and battery, improving reliability. to the big wires going to the two positive battery terminals. One goes down. The other will feed the light as it unites. Applying power to the third makes the combine - it…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Vulgarity
