Tried it in every power bank I have, from the regular Apple I usually use for everything to the powerful Anker which is too powerful because it's too is strong charges my phone from 20% to 100% in less than an hour. Nothing. Don't even know anything is connected at all. Very disappointing as I was hoping to use this for travel. nope Don't buy this. waste of money.

I love that I can use it on the go. I don't like the design of the original power cord and adapter that came with Surface - who designed them? However, I have a note: the length of the cable is a bit shorter than I would like. Other than that, there haven't been any issues so far like the crashes some people have experienced while using this cable with the cursor.

Seriously, it's a cable. It's 2020, cables are the simplest technology. I'll bet on all the negative reviews coming from people not using the right portable charger/bank or wall charger. Check out Aukey 65w and RavPower! They are compact and give you plenty of power, more than the minimum required for this cable! The minimum I think is 15V/3A and both are 20V/3.25A! CHANGE UPDATE. My charging cable is still working after 9 months of daily use in my backpack and car charger. I'm buying a second one because the indicator has stopped working (sometimes it will light up) but it hasn't affected the charging ability or charging speed and I'll upgrade if the cable breaks.
