This works, but in power strips and surge protectors

Outlets too big for standard US plugs. That's why I keep plugging the cables in again and again. I look forward to getting rid of this asap and getting a better one.

Sturdy desktop unit

Better than an extension cord for me because I can keep it on my desk without worrying about it slipping or not having to fasten it to stabilize it. There is also plenty of space for electrical outlets. One of them easily did what the two needed before the scattered ropes were left behind. The chargers appear to be working. Would be nice to have USB ports on more than one side

Good idea, not the best execution

Connectors are not tight. Even the normal lamp plug protrudes from the socket. The larger plugs it supports hang from the socket by the prongs. All of the sockets are on the side, so you are restricted in positioning the plugs. It would be nice if some outlets were vertical and others were sideways for more options. I like the overall style and size of the device, but I don't like how the plugs protrude from the sockets.

Very good my first choice after a long research

Good general build quality is good, feels good, does not tip over, stands well with power supplies. I was very happy with the small footprint of the 12 sockets. I haven't tried the USB ports and probably won't use them much, but they're still nice to have. This is the only tower type I could find that is rated at 1500J for surge protection. Something you never knew you needed

I was looking for a new surge protector as the one I had before was finally out of date. I was wanting to go for something smaller and cheaper but stumbled across this and loved how you can fit large plugs to it without blocking other outlets and the fact that it's fire and lightning resistant was definitely a plus . Excellent Surge Protection for Confined Spaces

We have a large entertainment system so we didn't want to move it after installation. We were looking for something that could sit right behind the TV and be out of sight. Not quite the improvement in my electrical issues that I was hoping for.

At first I thought I needed switches for each individual row of plugs, but I didn't because if I accidentally press the switch, it turns that row of sockets on or off, and I do (often enough to be an annoyance to be) they met BUT didn't know and this whole series is offline now. Also, they're rocker switches, and it's easy to accidentally press them. I often plug in devices that don't give immediate feedback, like a beep or bright light, so I just assume they're on (think of plugging in a phone
