Only downside is sometimes I lose gems and have to buy new ones. But that's the problem with any nose ring that uses ball screws, and you forget to tighten them after a day of severe itching/nose blowing.

More than a year has passed since the purchase. Don't judge me by a late review lol. Anyway, as we chat, I'm wearing this earring in my top ear and have been wearing it since it arrived at my house. It's very durable, stylish and highly recommended.

very cute and stylish but very difficult to put on. I got this for a cartilage piercing and it was almost impossible to screw the end in when the hoop was in my ear because the little stones are so tiny. I wore it for a while, then took it off and never tried to put it back on.

I like it a lot. It's something a little bit different. I needed a change so I ordered it. It arrived a little early but it was worth the wait. The only thing that's a little frustrating is when you screw up. However, I'm glad I got it. If you have full lips like mine, it can be tight, like a lip ring. Thanks very much!

Very nice - bought to wear as a septum ring. But the next day the little pearl fell out! And it wasn't even the end I unscrewed to insert the ring, it was the end I mistakenly assumed was glued on. Very neat but ended up paying $9 for a baffle that took less than 24 hours to complete.

Looks great! I got this for my daith piercing in my ear (daith for a migraine which has worked great for me). At the age of 54 I got a daith piercing about 6 months ago. No more migraines since! This ring is smaller which is what I wanted and I like that each end is screwed down. The only downside was that it took a little time and patience to turn the screw. I ended up using tweezers and that worked to get it working and then tightened it with my fingers. Great for the price!

I love this earring! I had the WORST healing time of any cartilage piercing and had severe swelling despite several months and lots of tender love and care. Realizing the swelling was from my earring being too short, I switched to this little guy with a half ring. Immediately began to feel better.
