Sorry I don't recommend this watch. I bought it hoping that the bluetooth feature would allow me to download workouts that would sync to my Strava. There is no such happiness. The first weekend I had it, it didn't sync to the phone or Strava. I called and they said there was a problem with the server. They said it might take a day. A few hours later it was synced. Watched a few GPS/sports (which I won't name - no free ads). Others weren't bad conceptually, some even had a built in HRM which is pretty handy. However, none of these were performed with the accuracy and precision of AMBIT3. I could write a long dissertation and do a doctoral thesis on how this differs from others and so on. Bottom line, they have all the sports options that other watches didn't have. Is it expensive? Yes ! It's good ? You bet the support is great too. Not in the US…
