Seller was HORRIBLE, shipped same day I ordered and emailed back but watch is rubbish. All your data is stored in the cloud and the Suunto website is often unreachable, so syncing is a real problem. Also the app is terrible, I tried to get the movie option to work but after 2 days it kept saying "Try later" but it still didn't work so I call Suunto. They told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. I picked up the phone and did this and it didn't work. I called back and they said to restart the phone but the movie option still didn't work. then they told me to factory reset the phone (no way I do that). They took my email address and I never heard from them.
