Thicker material than we are used to.

We are used to thinner material. This one was thick - almost like a washcloth (but softer). User preferences are obvious, but just FYI. I also enjoyed hugging myself. Has not become a favorite.

) We LOVE this comforter

This was a gift from my parents 2 years ago when my son was born. He's been with him since I brought him home from the hospital. Recently I had to buy a second one because now he carries it with him everywhere. (Thank goodness he can't tell them apart!) We LOVE this comforter and will most likely have to buy a third one when it wears out!

Perfect all round

lover is so cute! It is very soft, small and light enough that even new walkers can carry it. The size is perfect. Even the smallest patens are too bulky to carry around, let alone trip over. I have had no problems with the Lovie blanket, unlike makeshift protective blankets traditionally used. I will definitely buy a replacement!
