My son hated them as a kid, he couldn't stand having his hands wrapped in them. But my colicky daughter LOVES them and literally doesn't want to sleep without them. In it, she sleeps about 7-8 hours, wakes up to nurse, and then goes back to sleep for another 3 or 4 hours without a fuss. The bottom zip allows you to easily and quickly change the diaper when needed. Definitely recommended for all babies who like to change diapers!

Does not work at all as described. Our son is 8 pounds and this was HUGE for him. These diapers are said to be for babies weighing just 7 pounds, but obviously they're meant for babies that are a little taller. The diapers also say they wrap baby hands in a diaper but our son was able to get his hands out of the top very easily. In my opinion they are by no means "compression" diapers. I'm a SwaddleMe fan. My first child used SwaddleMe consistently for the first three months and it has enabled her to sleep very well. But the bandages are not good for my second child, a boy with gas. The adhesive part of the foil is too hard and thick. I can't rub his stomach with a bandage when he's gassy. So I bought this. We needed something our little one couldn't slip out of. It was too strong for a diaper and too small for the Velcro of the original diaper. We bought the pod when she was about 6 weeks old and weighed only 8 pounds. Since knitting is very stretchy, she was able to stretch her arms behind her neck.
