Integrated cross functional IT Service Management

The best thing about this product is that it integrates well within our enterprise application stack, which includes Jira as an ITSM system (Service Now) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Salesforce data warehouse integration. This allows us to leverage one software solution across all of these areas in order to drive more efficiency into every stage of our business lifecycle! Integration can take some time but once everything works we have not had any issues from implementation or configuration…
