Very nice for the price

I really like this dish. It has a very simple design and will suit my everyday dinner set as well as a more sophisticated holiday set. We have a large family that can eat a whole stalk at one meal but still need more so double the size is great. I love that it has a handle because the ones that fit my two cookware sets don't, and it was only a matter of time before someone with oily fingers dropped one. The company sent me an offer for a free gift, so I followed the instructions. A bit pushy at

Beautiful turquoise durable porcelain!

What a beautiful oil can! I knew the turquoise would be gorgeous when I placed my order, but in person it was even more stunning. The dish arrived in perfect condition as did everything else I ordered from the Sweese shop. They pay a lot of attention to the shipping/packaging process which I really appreciate and the porcelain has proven to be extremely durable. I have washed this by hand and in the dishwasher and the color is still as vibrant as when the item started, no fading at all. This…

Exactly what I wanted in a butter dish!

butter dish - what I wanted! I read all the reviews and was a bit skeptical about ordering. Some said the plate was broken, others said it wouldn't fit large chunks of butter (think 2 quarters side by side). Well I have to say mine arrived quickly and in perfect condition (the packaging for it was excellent - foam around the two pieces and cardboard folded in between, all in a very strong box).
